Visiting Suisse without visiting a chocolate factory would be embarrassing. However, what would be more brag-worthy is a chocolate making workshop at the oldest swiss chocolate house in the heart of Gruyere - Le Maison Cailler.
After a short stroll from the Broc-Fabrique station in the sleepy region of La Gruyere, one's senses are immediately immersed in the wonderful world of chocolate before even entering the maison.
While all bookings for the chocolate workshop were full, the one on trio chocolate mousse was still open. French master-creation meets swiss pioneering and no Gordon Ramsay - Brilliant!
